Steven’s experience spans 30+ years as a consultant, researcher, and facilitator for local, state, and federal agencies and private sector organizations in the banking/financial services, chemical, communications, health-care, insurance, manufacturing, national defense, supply chain and transportation, and paper industries. He is certified as a Master NLP Practitioner/Coach. Dr. Williamson holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Memphis State University.

Lakshmi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a PhD in Decision and Information Sciences. She brings over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and executive coaching with C-Suite executives, partners and high potentials to align performance and maximize business outcomes. Lakshmi has worked with SME’s and large corporations over a range of industries including Healthcare, Energy, Logistics and Supply Chain, Energy and Higher Education.

Bruce is the Bank of America Professor Emeritus at the University of North Florida. He has held various corporate positions as Executive VP and COO,  VP of Information Systems, and Chief Technology Consultant. He has had responsibility for refocusing corporate culture, international management, major information system implementations and integrations of multiple acquisitions. Bruce has provided a range of consulting services across industries such as information services, transportation, publishing, equity/capital financing, insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
